Our policy on cancellations, returns, and refunds
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been prepared for dispatch. To cancel, email hello@thespiritualcanvas.com with your order number. We'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Because each canvas is a limited-edition art print — hand-finished, framed, and individually numbered — we cannot accept returns once the security seal on the art box has been broken or the artwork unpacked. If your canvas arrives in its original sealed box packaging and you are unsatisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To start a return, email hello@thespiritualcanvas.com with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the undamaged, sealed canvas box, we'll refund the full amount within 5–7 business days.
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is the wrong piece, photograph it immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or missed attempts, our courier will try twice more. After that, the canvas is returned to us. Once it arrives back at the studio, we'll process a full refund.
